Considerations for venue

Questions to be asked

1. Cost per hr/half day/full day?
2. Capacity?
3. Equipment rental (Sound system, projector, tables/chairs, tent non/air-con, fans)?
4. Decorations?
5. Any time allowance for setup? Additional costs?
6. Any attendants to help with setup/clearing of plates?
7. Shuttle bus?
8. Any in-house/preferred caterers? Menu?
9. Any penalty for NOT using their caterer?
10. Any overnight bridal suites/Use of bridal changing rooms?
11. Any mobile restrooms?
12. Wet weather emergency plan?
13. Enough parking lots for guests? Complimentary?
14. Corkage fee/Free drinks?
15. Any aisle?
